  I loved the view, the rough coastline. The hotel was very nice. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. For going downtown the shuttle is useful but for exploring the whole island a car rental makes sense.

  Nice hotel by the ocean with stunning views of the surrounding island. Short walk into town and with 10 mins stroll to two very nice restaurants.

  The hotel has quite a bit of room around it, with the 3 pools being at 3 different locations. Service was also good, although most assume you're German while you're not. Breakfast was also decent and with a lot of choice. However, the dinner was hideous as my partner got sick of it and I didn't feel well either. It also says to have a heated swimming pool, but the temperature didn't really differ from those that weren't. If I were to return to Tenerife, I would book something in the south as the weather is also mostly better there.

  I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with children, in my opinion the only good thing about the hotel is the location.

  The club card is unreasonably expensive, the pools are ok but the 'gym' is useless for anyone who can't lift 100kg (the majority of people) and the gym equipment is extremely old.

  This is rather a 3 stars hotel. The sea view and the pool are great. However, it's really old and the food is awful. I wonder if this hotel's manager has ever had dinner at the buffet.
